1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unopened
Be in its original packaging
Be in the same condition in which it was received
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Because we sell beauty and color cosmetics products, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, tested, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used cosmetic products
Products with broken hygiene seals, where applicable
Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification
Clearance, final sale, promotional, or non-returnable items clearly marked as such
Gift cards, if applicable
If a returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may decline the return or issue only a partial refund where appropriate.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@apexmakeup.com.

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item received
Photos of the outer packaging, if relevant
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are not usually refunded unless the return is due to our mistake
7. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products. If you would like a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@apexmakeup.com.
If replacement stock is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@apexmakeup.com. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to clear delivery requirements, any refund may be reduced by return shipping charges, original shipping costs, and other applicable handling fees.
